Local Control Panels

Our Local Control Panels start with high grade 1/8” thick aluminum stock coated with 3mm thick semigloss black powder coating. They are laser engraved leaving a white colored track on a black background. This contrast leaves a very clear and readable image.

 

  
Non Re-Lampable LED’s are of one piece construction with a chrome-plated brass housing. Applications of 5V and 12V are available in red, green and amber.

Re-Lampable LED’s and Pushbutton Switches are of three piece construction housed in plastic. Base, Colored cap, and T-1 LED. Colors available in red, green, yellow,blue and white.

Toggles are rated 5 amps at 120vac or 28vdc. Actuator: brass, chrome plated. Housing: stainless steel. Duty cycle: 100,000 make and break cycles.

Consoles & Enclosures

Custom consoles and enclosures are designed to site specific locations. A panel that requires more than one interface card or graphically over fills the standard panel will be a custom designed panel and enclosure. With access holes for wiring.

All enclosures are 1/16" thick metal coated with gray enamel finish. All connectors (if applicable) are mounted on the outside of the case to allow for easy connection. Also included is an access plate with two 1/2" grommits for wiring.

 

 

 

Manufacturing Process

Upon receipt of purchase order and planset (electronic or paper copy), our designers draw the faceplate and fax to you for approval. Upon approval, the panel is laser engraved. And our manufacturing specialists begin assembly and wiring. Once complete, the panel is tested and inspected. This entire process will be complete and the panel ready to ship within 35 days. This time may vary on special orders. In emergency situations, rush service is available at an extra charge. Standard panels can usually be shipped in 5-7 days. Lead times for more extensive panels will vary.
